Having been let down badly by builders,I was reluctant to trust anyone to finish off the work.Rather than tutting and telling me the problems, Jim talked about solutions.Professional, competitive & efficient.He is as good as his word. We were looking for an individual, bespoke piece of furniture and were impressed by items of Jim's work displayed on his website. We contacted him and discussed our requirements with him and, satisfied that he could meet our requirements, we asked him to build us a piece of furniture. Throughout the construction process, Jim kept us fully updated on progress. On completion, Jim personally delivered the furniture and undertook the final construction on site. Inspecting Jim's work at this stage it was obvious it was all we had hoped; it is a beautiful piece of furniture and Jim's standard of work is exceptionally high; the wood selection was especially well considered. Considering the difficulties of purchasing any handcrafted work via photographs on a web-page and by telephone and e-mail correspondence, Jim did us proud. I would have no hesitation, whatsoever, in recommending Jim to any potential customer.

Jim has been a huge help in making my house a home. Currently he has done work in my kitchen, bathroom, dining room, living room and study, and I imagine he will help me further as the other rooms are renovated.
