English Oak Curved Bench A unique bench designed to fit in a curved of the clients block paved front garden. The back rails of the bench were steam bent to fit the curve.


English Oak Garden Bench Using the most out of the timber, this is a solid Oak Bench. I have trimmed the waney edge and sapwood off leaving as much as possible out of the board of Oak.


Iroko Garden Bench


English Oak Kitchen Table and Benches This was made for a clients kitchen, a simple solid table and three benches. The table top is an off cut of the clients worktop.


North Junction Lock gate bench During 2009 the 140 year old north junction lock gates of Bristols floating harbour have been replaced by Bam Nuttall. I contacted them and was given the commision to transform a single piece into a usable bench. It was a gift to The City of Bristol docks from the construction company. Each lock gate weighed in excess of 60 tonnes the single piece I chose to use weighed around 2 tonnes.
