English Oak Hymn Book Trolley The Bristol Guild of Guardians commissioned this trolley for the Lord Mayor's Chapel on College Green - Made from English Quartsawn air dried Oak. The pictures show the Guild of Guardians emblem which had been set into the top of the piece.

Walnut light Whilst searching for some Oak at a woodyard I came across this plank of Walnut. It seemed a shame that it might be machined into small components, when it holds a shape like this. A unique light. I am always on the look out for pieces of timber like this.


Canal Boat worktop and table English Ash worktop and table. The worktop is 45mm thick Ash. Olive Ash appears as the darker brown areas. Olive ash is formed in and around the centre of the Ash tree. The table is 35mm thick and stands on two thick Elm legs.
