Our 4-Step Kitchen Design and Installation Process
1. Let's Talk & Plan
We start with a meeting, at your home or in our workshop, to chat through ideas, look at materials, and give you an initial estimate.
2. We Design your Kitchen
We design your bespoke kitchen from scratch, the layout, cabinetry, and fittings – with a full 3D model to review and approve.
3. Made in Our Workshop
Your kitchen is built by us in our Hambrook workshop. You’re always welcome to visit and see it taking shape.
4. Kitchen Installation
We install everything ourselves – carefully, cleanly, and with attention to detail. Most kitchen installs take between one and two weeks.

Most of the bespoke kitchens we make at Jim Sharples Furniture are fully designed around how you cook and live. We’ve built everything from hidden larders to bespoke islands, using durable materials like birch plywood, oak-veneered ply and solid hardwoods.
We often add considered features – oak dovetailed drawers, integrated bins and charging stations, hidden microwaves, or clever cutlery storage – and we always use premium runners and hinges from brands like Blum, chosen for their strength and smooth action.
